Their first release features the soulful vocals of The Sha La Das. The two tracks; “Coney Island’s Boardwalk” and “I Confess” are rooted thematically in the longing lyrics and deep, emotive performance of Bill “Pop” Schalda. His vocals soar with grace, connecting listeners to the reflective message at the core of the songs evoking a sound more akin to a late 60s/early 70s soundtrack rooted in gentle 70s AM pop and soul.
